Excursion to the Dolmabahçe Palace

On the free day the players visited Dolmabahçe Palace at the coast of Bosphorus. Dolmabahçe Palace, is the venue where founder of Turkish Republic Mustafa Kemal Atatürk passed away. The players left roses in his room.

Dolmabahçe Palace was the administrative centre of the late-Ottoman Empire with the last of Ottoman Sultans residing there. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk used the Palace as a residence in his last years. The room that he passed away in 1938 is also within the place.

The female workers of the bank also visited the room together with the elite women players in the world of whom we talked throughout the event, expressed they know Atatürk gave eminence to women.
